I have no confidence in this team we can't defend which is a massive downfall against anyone. I think if we are going to win any game in the remainder of the season we gonna have to score 2-3-4 goals each game. We need a mix up coz the players morale will be down Wober and Cooper central Firpo and Ayling wide as we have no better. very disappointed with Mckennie since he's been here. Gnoto is a game changer and has to start and will give 100% effort and get stuck in. our strength is out wide and we need them on the ball as much as possible. not a fan of holding back and trying to snatch something on a breakaway we have to go out guns blazing and play kevin keegan style football and win games by we will score more goals than you. its a toss of the coin really as you just dont know what team turns up and you know for certain if we get a lead something will happen to make us bite our finger nails. its nitty gritty time and every loss from here is a nail in the coffin for championship football next season its down to us now and we need to stop relying on others to fcuk it up for us as it won't happen.
Personally I think going all out Keegan style is what's costing us against teams like Fulham and as Palace and Liverpool showed, they are quick on the break and it leaves us totally exposed and we don't have any real pace from either full backs to get back. McKennie is a tank and leaves it to Roca to get back to cover for him. Can't believe I'm thinking this but Forshaw would be a better option.
Looking at today's matchday squad the reality is we're only missing Tyler Adams now. Yes he's a big loss but with 7 games of the season to go we really have no excuses.

Just wide players and atttacking midfielders for Fulham today with no proper striker. That said De Cordova-Reid was superb at ER earlier this season.
They both deserved to be benched but survive due to lack of options in their positions. Aaronson has improved of late but it was a low bar to begin with.
