cheers bro This one is to celebrate the end of Hajj its a 3 day celebration and yeh…extra bag was ordered for the occasion
Hajj never heard of it myself but it hasn’t been drummed into me like the Christian ones i guess Enjoy
Didn't realise it was for the end of Haj. Thought it was just associated with the sacrifices. Anyway ours was today so spent the last two days fasting and then outdoor prayers this morning after sun-up, before the sacrifice starts. Apparently we had 8 cows and a whole herd of goats at the small mosque on our complex so there will be plenty of Rendang and Sate Kambing for the next few days in the surrounding neighbourhood. Its not surprising the kids grow up quicker here - spending the morning watching the animals be killed and butchered is probably not conducive to retaining your sense of childhood. Three day public holiday here from Wed-Fri which adds to the occasion.
