... and the tickets are on sale next week with a massive allocation of 5700. It's a Monday 3pm kick off and could yet be the decider for 6th place. Whatever the case it'll be a great support and at least the chance to thank the Lads for some fantastic football. I doubt this will make General Sale tbh, the demand will be huge imo.
Our season will be completely done by then without any hope of a play-off place but I still can’t wait. My son has a football tournament in Blackpool on the Friday - Sunday. I’ll stay down on the Sunday night and meet the lads in Preston early doors Monday.
Smug how do you know when tickets go on sale and can you tell me when Watford tickets are on sale? Sorry if this is obvious! Fancy a wee trip down with the bairns. Cheers bud
I know someone who's involved with tickets, allocations, etc for away games. Watford's a home match so it'll just be announced as normal. Hope you enjoy it mate.
Nice one thanks mate! Sometimes with life being busy I miss things, will keep an eye out, plenty tickets anyway. Loving sons enthusiasm and trying to keep it going so he's more Sunderland than Hearts. Winning the war so far, although this team probably have a lot more to do with it than me, the lovely footballing genius bassas!
Depending on how things pan out it might be moved for TV ... ... would mean we're doing well if it is.
Just thought I'd mention, this is the only game the TV companies can't shift ... ... so travel and hotel arrangements are safe. Unless the trains go on strike and the petrol tankers stop delivering
Whether we have a chance of making the playoffs, or not, this will be a big Sunderland party. In fact it'll probably be more of a party if we can't make it .... .... which makes me wonder how that will go down with the locals, especially if we stop them making it. The worst scenario would be if they're sixth, in the last minute, and we score to put Blackburn above them
Mods, feel free to merge my Preston thread with this one and all the pre game chat can go in the one place.
Jeeeeze! I thought our remaining fixtures were tough, but take a look at Blackburn's and Preston's remaining fixtures....Fecking Hell !! Millwall A - Wigan A - Blackpool H - Blackburn Blackburn A - Preston H - Burnley H - Luton A - Millwall WBA H - Sunderland A - Sheff Utd H - Norwich A - Swansea Coventry H - Reading H - Birmingham A - Middlesbrough Sunderland A - WBA H - Watford A - Preston Norwich H - Swansea A - WBA H - Blackpool Preston H - Blackburn A - Sheff Utd H - Sunderland
