they are beige. everyone knows it. there was a brief oh look at the long suffering city fans enjoying this but that was over 10 years ago. it's now entitled, plastics, non entity of a club with a really small cohort of original fans left. whatever they do, it's all the same as psg and cheslea. all fake. all cheating. not one achievement racked up means anything.
Strangely I think this contribute to the overall feeling of meh about the club. There's no real hatred toward the club, bitterness, no real feeling. Their just city, more money than God, should win everything, occasionally don't. When salah joined us, his scoring record was absolutely lauded, the feeling was we where seeing something special. Same with Ronaldo at utd, Henry at arsenal. Now halland has smashed all kind of records and the articles are all there, but its got no magic to it. The richest team have bought the best goal scorer and lo and behold he's scored alot of goals. There we go. For all there success, I font think 95% of the footballing public give two ****s.
You're right. Tbh I don't think their own fans care too much. They can't be bothered going to the games or the parades anymore. It's like watching Muhammad Ali box Ronnie Corbett every week. You expect a win and it all becomes a bit boring.
That's it. If it had been built, then it may be different, but its so obviously bought its hard to muster much feeling. If it had been built, I'd be jealous, how have they done that, while we havnt. But they got lucky with owners, no hardwork, no chances taken, just more money than everyone else. Like you say its just a bit boring.
Well from what I've red, they blue through a lot of green until they're no longer in the black. Mix enough colours together and you always end up with grey.
That's why our real rivalry is with utd, not city (or Chelsea). It's an historic rivalry based on more than who bought the most expensive players.
City cruising through. Upamecano having a poor game yet again. Def got the right one between him and Konate from that partnership.
And how about Milan? A club, a team.that has been hibernating since 2007, have re-awakened. I know they are only in the semis but IMO.will reach the final and win it, using every conceivable ploy to frustrate the f*** out of Manchester City (hope they beat Real as Real Madrid don't lose finals except in 1981. Against? I have no idea!!)
A bloke called Alan Kennedy scored the only goal if I remember. It was a season when You were mierda and only won the League Cup and European Cup. It is kind of strange that Liverpool win trophies regardless of being good or relatively bad!
SKY SPORTS: Chelsea are looking for a new manager after sacking Graham Potter; Blues also parted company with Thomas Tuchel earlier this season and are being lead by former boss Frank Lampard on an interim basis until the end of the season; Mauricio Pochettino is available after leaving PSG last year. Chelsea are holding talks with Mauricio Pochettino, according to Sky Sports.
Put money on Madrid two days ago as their odds were stupidly low 7/2 compared to city 10/11 so I’m cheering them on
real are winning this. mr guardiola will be so worried about vinictus jnr he will change all his tactics and lose 3-0 away. Milan are out of their depth here.
