Hopefully Leaburn will be back, no Innis, so either Mitchell takes his place or Terry Thomas does, with Egbo and Sess at F/B. The midfield will probably be the same, since DH doesn't seem to trust anyone else.
MK need a couple more results to be certain of safety. I fear that motivation will be enough to secure them the three points. I would like to see a reaction from our team to the 6-0 though. But I'm not hopeful.
After Saturday, I don't know if I really want to watch this. I certainly wouldn't travel, but as I can sit on the sofa, it's just the thought of losing spineless to a team fighting relegation and see our players laughing an joking with theirs afterwards.
Joined the Brasil branch of Charlton Supporters yet? Or maybe start one up, if we could find a Brazilian player who would fit into Operation Breakeven.
On a very serious level, I cannot fathom out why people get upset with a flutter against their own team.
Despite Dean Holden saying that Leaburn's not for sale, I think today's match will be one of the last opportunities we'll get to see him in a Charlton shirt, so will probably watch the live stream. Now that Villa are sniffing round, Charlton fans will expect the usual pattern to unfold. The only alternative is that the takeover goes through , and the new owner injects a bit of ambition into the club.
Not the same team again please (apart from Innis). The number 8 in the u-18's Karoy Anderson reminded me and AHLL of Joe Aribo, and should be in the squad at least. Leaburn and Kanu up front please even if it means altering the formation. We should be able to play more than one formation anyway. Henry is surely due a start?
Really hard to be bothered about the result of this, but yes, let’s not play any of the loanees (apart from RS who deserves it) and give the youngsters a start. Time to plan for next season.
