<========= I think you need a third man. Maybe someone from Portugal like Mourinho and Villas Boas...

As it says in that article, the Allams want to do things on the CHEAP, with CHEAP been the operative word.

This is why we will only appoint a Manager with little or NO CHAMPIONSHIP managerial experience which is bad S*hit.

For me, I'd go for somebody who has been there and worn the T-Shirt.

A proven BIG NAME manager for me, not this Robinson or Clark bloke either !!!

I know what you're saying, but you can't judge the bloke because he's cheap. Remember there are people at the club who know a lot more about the managers being considered than we do. He might just have all the attributes to be a success, but none of us have a crystal ball. At the end of the day there will be a risk no matter who we get.

    Hi Craig

I agree with you but just not likeing the sound of this from the Allam's...

"Hull’s Egyptian owners want to run the club on a tight budget and think an *up-and-coming boss will help them to do that in the *Championship."

Hi TT. I reckon it's only realistic to run the club on a tight budget these days, but I think there will be money available if we're still challenging in January. The important thing is how the players take to the new manager and whether he can solve the good defence verses goals dillema.

My BIGGEST fear is that the new Man In Charge wil do a 'Pearson'... Mass Exodus !!!

Will the new manager want his own fresh faces and non of Pearson's cast offs, I'm not calling any City player a cast off btw but this might be how the new man percieves things !!!

How many are left now of old before NP came to the club?

Will NP raid all our best talent, will the Allam's Sell our best players on the cheap in January???

To say I am Very Worried about our clubs future is an understatement !!!

Because our best players are young no manager worth his salt would get rid of them willingly. In a way I would be more concerned about that happening with an older manager who is set in his ways. Look at the oldies Jewell has brought in at Ipswich and that experiment doesn't seem to be working. I think a younger manager will be more likely to carry on the youth policy that Pearson has begun, but then again who knows?

Maybe, but NP is no spring chicken and he invested in youth over oldies, Adebola apart.

To be fair, people can pick fault with the older, experienced managers just as much as they can with the younger ones a la Robinson. Jones failed to get promoted with one of the best squads in the league, Mclaren has his critics as does Billy Davies. I'm not saying they're bad managers just that the older heads come with the drawbacks too.
