    I love those dark Jamaican curries, not the prettiest looking things but taste great.

    Got some leftover leftover lamb so might make one.

    Looks a mess, but flavour off the charts.

    Smoked beef cheek and braising steak chilli done in the kamado / dutch oven (bout 7 hours total). Plus smash burgers topped with a bit of it. Sexual.

    Like the look of the chili. Top tip for the burgers though, wrap them in foil once made and leave to sit for a few minutes. Unwrap and thank me.

    Doing a smoked lamb rogan josh tonight (done it once before on League Cup final day). Curry result was much better than the actual result.

    Will post up some photos as I couldn't be arsed to do any last time after I'd fallen out with myself.

    Yep. Squishes everything together and will melt your cheese. Also steams the bun and makes that nicer.
