Nein! "Tim Burgess, the frontman of The Charlatans, said the German band’s “nightmare” experience showed the damage Brexit was doing to touring musicians" but bands from other countries are constantly doing gigs since Brexit, seems like these ******s didn't do the needed to get in
Fixed it for you, bands can come play, if they follow the process What makes me laugh is, had this band came out against vax mandates, the Guardian would be calling them far right instead of writing crying pieces about them
Yeah it’s wild that making things more difficult makes people less likely to do them and go elsewhere instead.
You retward, 7 billion people live outside of the EU, most of the world, and believe it or not, they manage just fine
2 plus years of not being able to enter the EUROPEAN UNION without getting shot with mrna injections, now German punk ******s are complaining they can't play their terrible music in England without paperwork & Pearl's are being clutched . Bands from all over the World can get their **** together to tour here but not Germans . Pathetic
lets be honest here and point and laugh at your ludicrous pretence of caring about some German weirdos cos the Grauniad told you to. please log in to view this image You're an algorithm Zombie
I don’t particularly care about some random German band. I do care about the impact on our economy and becoming an increasingly insular country merely to appease bitter old right wingers/self-proclaimed free thinkers. If it was limited to music that would be **** enough but it isn’t.
Does Justin Bieber need a visa to tour England or does he just turn up at the ferry with his band expecting to be let in without paperwork? The humanity Borders & rules for entering other people's country is racist
It just makes things harder for folk to travel. Due to Schengen 50% of French and Germans do not have passports. Our tourism will suffer disproportionately.
The myriad of problems in England were there before Brexit. Foodbank queues are still long. Kids being Trooned by the NHS and BBC and schools. Stagnant wages, corrupt banks, and the ******ed "give us money and we can make the weather gooder.. in 100 years) policies pricing the old and poor out of electricity, the stolen pensions. The wars. A completely ****ed judiciary, the rotten media. The decade on decade decline in education policy, the crime & terrorism. You'd think that all those things, or some of them, would be enough real problems with real people affected, to consume your time but apparently not. Instead an obsession with an abstract idea, Brexit, rather than doing SOMETHING to help out your fellow human is handy, cos you just need an internet connection. Go ****ing volunteer at a shelter or some ****, and have a real ****ing impact if you feel that strongly about it. Kinds reminds me of the uber left wing Silicon valley types, preaching, when right outside their mansions is a city of homeless tents and faeces that they drive past holding their noses.
Not sure me doing a bit more charity stuff would recover much from the massive economic and cultural impact of Brexit but I appreciate this completely mental response anyway.
and there we have it "why bother"' Then why the should we even listen to you? Just go on believing voting Tory or Labour will solve the problems (people who believe the public decide government policy make me chuckle) How many people voted for Tories because of promises of fixing immigration problems and woke policies n crime ect? Millions, and what happened, they got mugged
Those poor Spaniards that work hard all year for a week In sunny England with their family will miss out on Bingo , fish n chips & ice creams because of Brexit . What have we done ?
Also, you'd be surprised how much good it does you to help out other people who are needing it. You can;t undo brexit, but you can make at least one other person's life less miserable, that's all I am saying. I spent enough of my time years ago, moaning online and for what? Nothing is what. Now I dip into the internet every 2 or 3 years.
