Totally agree with this, just look at where Stewart or Hume where in the January they signed and where they are now. These young lads need time to settle but give them time and they're more than capable

Am an IT consultant, so just moving on to a new contract within Govt. Been self employed for about 6 years now, tend to change roles every couple of years, but last one was 12 weeks (was a nightmare and had to get out)
It's all WFH, so it's really just logging on to a new email account every couple of years
