To be honest id never heard of Spartacus until my mate asked me to download season one as a favour, i watched it being nosy and was hooked, the prequel Gods Of The Arena is just as good as the original season Blood & Sand, Awesome
I think there is a showtime or HBO series called Rome that is pretty good, similar maybe, should give it a peak.
please log in to view this image Went to the cinema the other night to see in time... decent film worth going to see due to the bird in it as above...
Don't chop her up sweats! If anyone was interested in American Horror Story, it went crazy again last night, it seems there is a bit of "The reaping" added to the story, I won't tell you which part though. Eli Roth is in the show and has a hand in it, same guy who did all the hostel's.
It starts here soon on fx... saw an advert not sure when it actually starts though. I can think of more favourable things to do to her than chop her up..
Wine and dine? ya man, it keeps you on your toes ( AHS) and always seems to have a twist right when you are figuring it all out.
It's a good series this one, our boy Travis is put into some good dilemmas along with Dexter being Dexter. Also...... you ready for Houston to thrash the LA money brigade?
Do you Americans actually chant/sing/abuse players/abuse the refs at proper football matches? or is it all a bit watered down and mundane like your american football where everyone is busy drinking root bear and eating burgers??
For a while it was mundane and " Go red/blue" or your A-typical " shoot it/boot it/score/etc". Now there are chants and songs with each club pretty much. Up by me, the Columbus Crew have a section of the ultras and they get all the songs going, Seattle and Portland are the best by far with fans though, they sing through the entire game, no joke, it is pretty impressive. Toronto, vancuver, DC, LA are right there as well with good fans and songs. FC Dallas has **** attendence so they don't really get into it as much, Houston has pretty good fans along with Real Salt lake and KC. basically Portland and Seattle are setting the bar for being involved with the game and the rest are still catching up to them.
Are you talking about Oakland maybe? there was something going on and some were calling on banning alcohol, etc. Also, check this story out, it is a doozie! http://msn.foxsports.com/collegefoo...ard-of-trustees-meeting-110911/?ocid=ansfox11
Whats the American Horror Show tv series like Bluff? It starts over here on FX next week(i think next week anyway).
American Horror Story follows the Harmon family: Ben (Dylan McDermott), Vivien (Connie Britton) and Violet (Taissa Farmiga), who move from Boston to Los Angeles after Vivien gives birth to a stillborn baby and Ben has an affair with one of his students. The family moves to a restored mansion, unaware that the house is haunted. Ben and Vivien try to rekindle their relationship and Violet suffers from depression, while they all face the horrors of their home. The story is pretty generic I would say but the ghost in the house are what make the show. The house has been around a long ass time and each decade ( you will see in the show) there is tragedy after tragedy. I am about 6 episodes in and just when I think I start to make sense of one thing, bang, a new twist and dilemma. From where I was in the beginning to where I am now in the show, it does evolve a bit. There are 13 episdoes in season 1 and each one leaves you wondering. It is pretty good I think and a good kind of freaky, always wondering " wait what the f***/who was that? How are they important?"etc.
Umm not really any special effect, just the make up on each person/ghost really. I would also give it a few episodes to let the story build as well, it should draw you in, just from the freaky side of it as well.... or the smokin maid!
