@Zorba and @THE FOOL had a fallout on here (I removed a few comments so you can't see it) a while ago, not seen Zorba since.

 

We need to start winning again lest we end up deserted like the United board because of internal fights.

So now we just do the best we can do! Each place in the table could add millions to the bank, we just get as high as we can knowing top four is unlikely and hope that being out of Europe means we can focus more on our rebuild for next year.

We can probably trim the fat quite a bit and not necessarily have to replace every player we lose because we may not need as large a squad.

We need more than three players to be title winning again, but three solid, long term players rather than a half dozen mediocre players could help us build for when we are back in Europe... Then next summer we start padding again.

Interestingly we are currently in the same position we were in two seasons ago - 8th and 10 points off 3rd. Dare to dream.
