Hammers tonight first and foremost but then we are into the home stretch of the season. The next run of games takes us until the end of April and there's still loads still to play for across the league but, **** the rest of them, how will NUFC fair? Brentford 9th (Away) 8/4 Villa 7th (Away) 15/4 Spurs 4th (Home) 23/4 Everton 16th (Away) 27/4 Southampton 20th (Home) 30/4 Maybe a harder run of games than it first appears on paper with three top half, European chasing teams to begin with and then two teams desperate for points at the bottom of the table. Having said that the reverse set of fixtures earlier in the year, that was almost an identical run (bar playing out a 0-0 draw with Man U in the middle of them) finished with the Toon taking a (St.) maximum 15 points, scoring 16 and conceding just the 3. Lets be having that again please! Clearly this run will have a big say on where we finish up and a huge game against Spurs thrown in the middle which is a real 6 pointer in the race for Champions League football. Will the pressure start to tell? Or will the lads rise to the task and push for a comfortable European finish? Do you think we are already there or is this where the wheels start to fall off? Have we hit form at the right time?
Learn your audience mate, 95% of people on here are going to struggle to know what the hell the word penultimate means, the other 5% will struggle with the word The.
You do realise that I'm laughing at the suggestion that only 5% of posters on here would struggle with "The".
One of the elite 1% ... who struggles to know what the hell the word 'penultimate' means AND struggles with the word 'the' AND can't count to 5.
Has it? I thought inane mumbling and rambling absurdities were fairly usual in about 245% of threads on this Forum.
Brentford 9th (Away) 8/4 Villa 7th (Away) 15/4 Spurs 4th (Home) 23/4 Everton 16th (Away) 27/4 Southampton 20th (Home) 30/4 Brentford and Villa away are tough games, I see us drawing one of them.
