Not sure anyone actually ever said that...? I remember them suggesting it was 90% effective and then revised it down a little to around 80% but don't believe it was ever meant to be a miracle cure that was 100% preventative. Nor do I believe or remember anyone saying it would prevent transmission but believe they said chances were halved or something?

IIRC both sister boats sank as well, and one of them has it's own conspiracy theory (and film), but it's a wartime espionage one, so not really a money spinner. Needs aliens, Altantis or Bill Gates to make money
