    Yeah bro

    not bad at all tbh

I miss my habits but ‘hunger’ isn’t an issue

maybe in another 10 days or so I will feel different about the hunger bit

Must help not smoking when you’re used to it. That’ll surely lower your appetite anyway?

keep the faith spurly dude hunger is a test but many live with it each and everyday they wake up so I’m sure you’ll survive again

next time it’s happening give me a shout and I’ll do it along with you if u didn’t mind

    Its happening tomorrow.

You need to have finished eating by 5.02am
You can break your fast at 7.51pm
Times might vary a bit if you are a lot further west than Manchester.

If you can do it I will donate 10 food parcels (rice, cooking oil, sugar, noodles) to some poor families living in the local area here. I will of course check that they are unvaccinated before giving them to them.

Its no food, drink (incl water), smoking, sex between those two times. Believe me the sex bit isn't a problem when you are not eating or drinking.

I wouldn’t do the not drinking or not smoking bit….. but I’m a fkr for a bit of the hunger feeling……..reminds me of my heavy drug usage days when if you felt hungry you went to sleep 2 get over it lol

ps tell me next time it’s on this weeks shop is already in and I can’t waste it especially when it’s my turn to do the cooking so it’s my favourite menu lol.

You can pick any day between now and 21st April. Otherwise you will have to wait a year for the next one.

If you eat a reasonable meal in the morning the hunger is okay. Secret is a good mix of protein and carbohydrate plus Vitamins. This morning I had a sort of Chicken Stir-Fry with boiled rice and mixed veggies plus a plate of melon and banana. Then a couple of glasses of water and a Blimbing (StarFruit) Juice.

    no samosas?

on a real I wouldn’t want a special pause for it

would happily just run to the side and sip on a lucozade sport then crack on whilst game going on

At least we now know why Doucoure got himself sent off. Probably didn't know about the break.

Violent conduct and sly shenanigans to go off and grab a bite to eat? Not sure his fast will be accepted by the almighty above tbh.

Done it last season. It shows respect and empathy. No issues with it, tbh.

Thats why I asked the Muslim lads…myself I’m more keep religion and politics out of sport ……plenty of time for that after or before the game……it’s a bit like a water break that fks up any impetus

It’s not like they’re pausing to prey or anything. Take everything on its merit and if lads haven’t ate or drank all day and are playing top level sport, I think you’d have to be a bit of a Cnut to deny them a quick 2 minutes to get some food and water into them.

It’s just that you are supposed to break your fast at sunset rather than leaving it until later. It’s no different to having a compulsory drinks break when it’s hot.

Here they either take a month break in the league or move all fixtures to night matches. Easier to plan for here though as we are on equator so sunrise and sunset times don’t change much during the year so it’s a similar time regardless of month Ramadan falls in.

Not sure what they do during 3pm KO in UK. They must be severely dehydrated by time sunset comes.
