Acun wants attacking football and as much as Rosie thinks we are close to been a very good side, I’d say we aren’t close to been a good side. We are terrible to watch, the only time it gets exciting is when we try to pass about at the back and Alfie gets caught out
As I said, he was, but he might not get the full amount as he could have agreed a severance package. Will be far more than most of us will earn in a lifetime whatever it is.
It said in one paper he has an agreed severance package. Don’t know if it is right but if he just gets paid until next season starts then takes a job it will be more than most on here will earn in their lifetime.
Acun is in the entertainment business SW3... he wants the stadium like it was on Saturday.. I think this also reflects PERHAPS on his status at home... he wants the dream, he's doing his best absolute best for the City in delivering it. I'm sure in his global network he trusts people to get the job done which is why he has (I think im right in saying) one of the worlds largest production companies.
As much as people like to bash Baz, he’s obviously got some good links at the club and the fact he’s not come out and denied it seems to speak volumes to me.
I'd have serious concerns about Acun if this were to happen so soon. Just makes us look like a basket case behind the scenes, which maybe we are, who knows
I am not and don’t think I ever will be a fan of Rosenior’s ‘play it out from the back/possession wins games’ philosophy. However a sacking now would be outrageous. He more than deserves a summer transfer window and the first half of next season to see if we have improved. It would be even more outrageous to bring in a manager who has little/no experience of the league…again!
Given he's pretty much in Acun's or Tan's pocket I dont see why he would either way. Like him or loathe him he's often a voice piece for them and I doubt he wants to ruin that
Not the biggest fan of our current football but I’d say this is too soon, clearly the hierarchy haven’t been impressed either. Seems we’re following the Chelsea model with managers
Why does it? Maybe he sees it as rectifying a problem Tan told rosenior to take the brakes off back in January and it hasn’t happened He’s maybe as bored as we are And we don’t fly across the world to come to a game. It’s hard enough dragging myself out of pub never mind that
'We're trying to establish a successful team together' - is a motherhood statement - it doesnt say it's not true
