How much of a bounce are you expecting? Most clubs get 2-3 games of a bounce. Or were you expecting every new manager that walks into a club was going to do what Carrick did?

Was meaning how we play, not individual players the club has signed.

You don't think the goal against Reading was a clear demonstration of Rosenior's philosophy?

Not quite sure what your point is? The question was whether we'd demonstrated any improvement in our attacking movements.

The point put very simply is 22 goals in 21 games.... that includes scoring 4 (once) .... we've often mentioned a Plan B here with other managers..., strikes me LR doesn't have one... so the answer to improvement in attack is simple.... NO!!!

So scoring goals is equal to the method of play? Not wanting to get into another 'xG' discussion but that's a very poor way of looking at things.

Rosenior was brought in to play this way, it’s what the owner wants, I didn’t agree with it at the time I thought the players we had brought in didn’t really suit the style. But even if he was sacked you would have to assume the owners would just bring in another manager to play this way, he’s said all along it’s what he wants to see. So it’s futile getting upset that it’s not going to change with a handful of games to go because it’s not.

It will be better when we have a squad that better suits the system I am sure. At the minute we are somewhat short.

We are a work in progress, and Rosie has certainly made us more solid, but at the expense of our attacking threat.
Saturdays starting line up had no one who'd scored more than 4 goals!
I'll judge Rosie on where we are after a Summer Transfer Window and a dozen games into next season

All our strikers were injured. But no one is contributing much from elsewhere either.
I think we are boring as hell at the moment, but i don't think anyone is to blame. I agree that we need a lot more of we are to challenge for the play offs next season. Can't see it been addressed in one window myself.

Acun doesn't want us playing this way, he wasn't a happy bunny post match Saturday. He wants a style of play that will put bums on the seats and £££ in the tills. He wants us up the top challenging and this current style of play won't see us doing it, it's to cautious, safe and slow paced for the most part. You could see on Saturday and in previous games. We create our best/most clear cut chances when we up the tempo, play quick and more direct passes.

Rosie needs to move away from the must not lose set up and let the shackles off more

Will be interesting if we start losing a lot more high scoring games if people will be happy.. we were doing that under Shota.

It doesn't have to be one extreme or the other which we seem to have had with shota and Rosie. We are very strong at the back now with the silly mistakes etc for the most part now in the past. So let's up the tempo more, let's play with more freedom and be a little more daring.

All the opposition scout reports I see on us ATM are pretty much the same.... Difficult to break down, low tempo, takes time to move the ball forward, possession based team etc. We are very easy to set up play against ATM as Rotherham and others have shown.

I want Rosie to do well as I think personality wise, how he conducts himself, his links to us as a club and area etc all shine through and believe it or not I really think his vision for how we should play is a great one if done properly. But ATM we are a long way off turning what we currently are into a promotion challenging team.

For every Fergie there have been 50 managers who should've been sacked but weren't until it was too late. Can you name a single manager apart from Ferguson who started out crap, continued to be crap for three seasons and then came good? There's also a school of thought that suggests he would've continued to be crap had it not been for a freakishly good group of academy players coming through at the same time.

Perhaps if we left two players up, one down the middle and one wide the opposition may leave 3 back, two to man mark and one as insurance to cover.
