Inadequate, just such a nothing team. Still not a mile away on points, but that has to be it now surely with the fixtures that are coming. SR better have a much better plan for the Championship than the utter **** up they delivered this season.
Well, there goes another winnable fixture. Story of our season as yet another meek and impotent display amounts to nothing.
DCC is such a frustrating player. He’s incredibly dominant aerially, but you just never feel you can trust him. Awful game, awful couple of teams, and our lack of potency as we know, will be our downfall. Surprised at how awful West Ham are.
That is us down. It isn't just the loss in one of our few "winnable" games remaining, but the entire performance shows why we are down. A huge clear out in the Summer needed, and I think a new manager too. If we can get someone like Kompany then we could we bounce straight back up.
West Ham were there for the taking if Selles had any balls and started Sulemana and Charly. Awful team selection and this is on him today.
Yeah that’s curtains. We are down. Can’t blame Selles for our position, but can blame him for today. Cost us with that team selection. Woeful side. Never hated watching a Southampton team as much as I hate this lot. Pathetic.
SR can only take so much blame. Sellers has to be looked at now, he just can't seem to get our players ready for our biggest games and the tactics have zero attacking threat. Everyone from the top down is to blame, not just SR
Not just the team selection but the way he obviously told JWP to stay deep and not support attacks. Total negativity, despite having so much of the ball.
Depends who is available in the Summer. Selles has done just about ok so far given what he inherited, but not particularly game changing either. I think he could be ok in the Championship. But if someone with a good Championship record is available i'd be tempted to take them, as long as their name isnt Nathan Jones.
