But the Georgia electoral fraud charges are federal and the conviction chances on those - as he's bang-to-****ing-rights on that audio tape - are far stronger. His big hope now is to play the martyr and string out the Manhattan charges for a year and hope the electoral fraud cases can be delayed until after 2024. A strong possibilty, truth be told. And he can still run for election even if he has a criminal conviction.

My point isn't about the chances of conviction, my point is that he hasn't been found guilty of the charges so the voters are idiots for wanting him to be disqualified from running for office just because he has been charged.
