OK!!! Your Prediction League management and Administration are attending this match on April 10th. Big questions: 1. Where best to buy a ticket? I remember one game where it was really uncomfortable due to the sun on one side. Now! PL management will always bring the sun out...it shines on the righteous!!! 2. Where to go before the match for a drink? 3. Would anyone like to meet up for a drink before the game......on me, of course!
Masky could turn up with a felt pen and sign underpants and stuff....eg: Best Wishes Clingy you old boiler....that sort of thing! No offence intended!
I'm not falling for that scam again. You told me when you signed the last pair that they would be worth a fortune. Well, let me tell you that I didn't get a single bidder on eBay. In fact, the only enquiry I received was a dubious one from someone in Llandaff.
Answers;- 1 from the Club any others will be fake. 2 ask Scull and bfb and brizzle cos they know ALL the boozers local to the ground. 3 see 2 above, and I wish I could join you too.
Hey FFB.... good to see you are heading back for a game. I know you continental types like standing at games so you could always try get a ticket for the safe standing area in the Canton??? I'd suggest heading to the Cornwall (as did Robbie) for a beer, though it can be busy, otherwise there are a few pubs in Canton too worth a go. If I'm available and going to the game I'd gladly meet you for a beer, so will let you know ASAP. One small point BTW, unless I've overlooked it (distinct possibility) we have a game on Saturday that needs a prediction league thread too... (says he who still needs to get the matchday thread up and running )
We do indeed and thread will be up this evening. I've been warned not to put up roo soon or all sorts of trash talk follows .......especially during an international break!!
Furter - I'm unsticking this thread for the moment to avoid any confusion over our next game - will re-stick nearer the time.
Sorry Sparkey....the intent was to attract attention to league management's movements rather than collect predictions.
