Half time team talk will sort all this attacking out as usual. It's not a game if you're not all lined up across your own penalty box making last ditch tackles for 45 solid minutes.
Was always going to be an awkward game for obvious reasons. England players don't want to take the piss, muted celebrations etc. Professional performance so far.
I understand that but the game was won by HT yet Southgate waits til 80+ minutes to make subs which is what the game was crying out for. If I'd paid for a ticket to watch that I wouldn't have been too happy, the only plus was the three points.
Professional performance from England again. I like the way we just control and see games out. I appreciate it could be more exciting to watch, but functional teams with quality up top seems to be where trophies are won these days. And Saka is outstanding, a superb footballer.
I think I read they were looking to broadcast individual games in the championship and Prem. And it looks like Ballard is injured, hope it's not serious
Nothing even surprises me now with our injuries. What I will say is he has a known knee issue though which failed him a medical at Millwall once so i hope its not the same one
