I think we have to face the possibility of Dallas not playing for us again. I think the only spot that might be available to him is LB, as I can't think of anyone else he'll replace in the team, even if he comes back at his best.
His Dad is English. His mum is Spanish. I also heard his Dad is Emile Heskeys cousin but dunno if that is true.
This mornings paper news is... Leeds will try and re-sign Kalvin Phillips from Man City this summer. Leeds will try for 6ft 4in striker Viktor Gyokeres from Coventry this summer. (That's the one I'd like to happen). Leeds are looking at Sporting Lisbon 21 year old Uruguayan midfielder Manuel Agarte.
Lots of talk like this but all pointless until we know we are safe. If we get to-the stage where it’s us going down we will see less talk of incomings and move to the rats leaving the sinking ship scenario. The Phillips story will never happen as City spent a fortune on him and they never lose money on transfers
I have a feeling a certain Marcelo Bielsa will be back in the summer and you could see Phillips being his first signing, even on loan and remember Peps relationship with Bielsa…
Liam Cooper an unused substitute for the Jocks at Hampden yesterday, which has to be good news. Unlikely now he'll get any game time as they play Spain on Tuesday, but at least he's fit and will be in contention to play when he gets back to TA after the internationals
Lots of burning questions to answer in the coming weeks about Cooper, Forshaw, Ayling and Dallas and not sure that any of them are even Championship quality now. By that I mean able to play 40 odd games a season. Forshaw needs to be shown the door now everyone at the club must know that. Ayling begging for another year? cooper only plays half a season these days and on top of that will be banned/suspended for bookings tally up. Dallas may be done and deffo not back at all this season
Regardless of what league we’re in probably only Ayling with a chance of remaining. Forget about cooper and forshaw and as we’ve said elsewhere sadly Dallas unlikely to get back to level he was at
I put the telly on at midday to watch the senior darts. This is funny i thiught the first game is nearly over. Yes wakey forgot the clocks had gone forward.
Dallas was finished the moment he did that stupid tackle. He has cost leeds a lot of money the plank.
