That's funny as I was listening to Agbonlahor on there the other morning on the drive in, and he was genuinely trying to convince everyone that past experience playing for England counted more than a player having a good season regardless of the so-called experienced player not playing many games or having a poor season. It was utter bollox. And none of the other presenters challenged him, they agreed! There seems to be a media lovefest for Southgate that he can do no wrong. Fck knows why that is, but they come out with so much crap to defend him.
