I just chucked it on the plate.

Bacon looks dry, but it wasn't tbf.

I was going to add shrooms, hence the gap on the plate, but decided not to as they looked a bit anaemic.

cba to wait for the toaster, so no toast.

I haven't read the first one but the second one goes on about good and bad cholesterol.
I had my bloods done in January this year and will be getting them done again mid summer.
That will be 6 months on a high fat(mainly saturated fats)/protein and very low amounts of carbs.

That diet is the exact opposite of what is thought to be a healthy balanced diet.
I'm gonna ask the nurse for a more detailed breakdown of my cholesterol levels than the one I initially got which was "your cholesterol is a little bit high".
It will be interesting to see what happens.

Check out Ancel Keys, makes for interesting reading.

The two links I posted, one was from the NHS website and the other was from the British Heart Foundation. I don't know what you mean by 'That diet is the exact opposite of what is thought to be a healthy balanced diet?'

I had my bloods done before Christmas and I've had my bloods done again recently - I know my results. During that time I spoke to my doctor and I was also contacted by a nurse. They wanted to put me on statins which I declined, despite the warnings about heart attack or stroke.

I dealt with it through my diet. I don't need to check out Ancel Keys, because I know what I've done works, the blood results confirm so. I also moved myself out of the prediabetic stage. You've not had your results yet, so you don't know via any results as of yet if your way works, I do mate.

For me, I like all fruit and veg anyway, and tbph I felt it don't hurt to cut down on meat and cut out some of the shhite, and just have it as more of a luxury, treat ocassionally. I don't eat cheese or butter, so I will not miss neither/either, which I have tried to explain to you before.

Oh btw I also lost weight which was good news too, added bonus.

no…I was more concerned with your spelling

Luv just brought it to our attention

says a lot about you though…that remark is a great insight into your thinking

explains why you’re always hanging off Chelsea n United performances to get at Sucky

    <laugh>

moral support required considering Everton have nothing on the Pool
