My comment wasn't directly aimed at you more people who want to burn the poppy or get rid of it... Also I wasnt aware you are Irish (should have known considering your avatar), so the last point does make more sense now!
It's about time we murdered these guys burning poppies. It's okay for them to do such a thing, but if we were to do something similar we would be slaughtered. These people can **** right off if they do not like our institutions and that includes this author of this thread.
Agree They should be slapped round the face with a rasher of bacon and told to get the **** outta here.
Could do with putting those bacon bras on the 12 year old girls those ****ing *****phile asians keep abducting for their dads to jump, might keep the bastards away
Ok, let's put it slightly differently. In many Moslem countries, hashish is smoked openly in cafes. Opium is equally tolerated in some countries such as Iran and Afghan. In all these places, alchohol is unobtainable and it's public consumption strictly forbidden. Why?
WW2 is one of the few truly just wars in history though. A real case of good vs evil. It can't really be compared to anything else.
If you want to wear a poppy, wear one, if you don't, don't. Just don't direspect the memory of the war-dead, or those who want to respect the fallen, by being arseholes about it. please log in to view this image
What a load of ****e See if a fuss wasn't made over the poppies,, no **** would burn them The British public LOVE to be offended....its like a hobby International embarrassment over poppies on a sports top.....they never wore them before.....The RBL didn't even think they needed to wear them....but no...johnny foreigner is against our poppy......outrage! Well a door has been opened....and when a symbol is worn by another team.....who will be the first to be outraged The British public Selfish ****s
the poppy should be worn for the 2 world wars only imo and the money raised should go the old veterans. Once they eventually all die out the poppy should be retired. a new charity should be set up to help soldiers who are injured or killed fighting today.
