Sounds like you're trying to get some excuses in early but you've actually just given a glimpse in to that mind of yours.

What you're really saying is we will get spanked at Arsenal and Firpo will return to his previous form.

We'll suffer a defeat at The Emirates that's for sure...hopefully not by too many though.

Firpo will continue to be the average PL footballer he always was.

Hope that clarifies the Jamster's idiosyncrasies for you <ok>

....and if Firpo plays above average I will say so and if he's **** I'll also say so.

Goodnight, speak in the morning. <cheers>

Indeed, the straws are aligning to form a perfect bale.

Tsk tsk jamster. As if I’d ever stoop so low <laugh>

I’m disappointed at you throwing the towel in re the Arsenal game.

I don’t expect us to get our arses kicked at the Emirates, our world class squad got us a win at anfield and that travesty against Arsenal you brought up again. <whistle>. With our tactically astute manager we should give them a run for their money.

But really, the cheek of the man who’s on record admitting that nothing he ever posts is serious… who’s been doing points extrapolations that would leave the boldest statisticians blushing… who is telling us we were good value for a win where Stevie Wonder could see we used our get out of jail free cards. Utterly shameless.

I admire your chutzpah fella… but please… a lecture on game upping from the king of the lowest common denominator? You’ve more cheek than a rhino’s arse. It’s one of the things I like about you. <cheers>

Anyway bud I have an early tee time in the morning… g’night all. ALAW and long may javi’s golden touch continue.

I think of your bale as taking a persona of it's own now.

Face it. You don't like Firpo :)
You're not alone the poor lad got pelters from a majority of Leeds fans.
I just said that he hadn't had a run in the team (mainly because of injury) and I wanted to see how he did with a few games under his belt.
He's done OK and considering the **** he was getting, I'm delighted for him.
My view on the goal is that Wober headed the ball centrally, that might have been all he could do, but it was an error. Both he and Firpo tried to block the shot. To blame him for not getting there quicker is nonsense. I also don't blame Wober for the deflection.
