13 games to go and we most likely needed 4 wins and 4 draws from them. 11 to go now, 3 wins and 3 draws required. The 2 games gone I had down as a loss and a draw, so easily on schedule. Well done lads, keep up the good work
Spurs fans are as pathetic as their players, get told some hard truths so sack the manager. The last two they’ve employed are the most successful managers in recent years but because they demand more from the players that they want to give they down tools because they’re “upset” at hearing the the reality of what they are. You then get the rubbish from Karen Carney and Jamie Rednapp about how you “can’t upset the team” so rinse and repeat. Whether arsenal win the league or not, he faced down the players and got rid despite short term pain for long term gain.
On a previous Weekend debate I’d put 1 point against Brighton and 3 points Wolves. Same post 0 points Arsenal but I’d jumped a page after that and had us down against Fulham and 1 point when it’s actually Forest so we’re on track Important that Rodrigo got another run out, an international break now to get him fitter, it’s come at the right time
That's what I thought aswell, he mentioned fans paying for tickets. It will probably get hin the sack as it's not the done thing, should be done behind closed doors etc. But, fair play he called it as he sees it, more interesting than the usual bollox of excuses that most mangers say. I still think there are far to many interviews with players/managers with hacks fishing for clickbait headlines.
Emu/Este he was kicking off at the pre match presser too. He said fans were expecting to win trophies and when the team lose they moan at the manager. The club have spent nothing yet it’s the manager the fans turn on….. so he has been readying himself for a few days….
Rodders has played nowhere near the number of games as most of these strikers but still in the top 6 but is in the top 3 based upon minutes played.
