The verification of Putin being charged with war crimes, specifically for the abduction of thousands of children taken to Russia with the help of the nanny from hell, is no surprise even though it barely rates a small tremor in Russia. The man is a sociopath of the worst kind believing only in his own self professed destiny of reforming the Soviet Union through violence against anybody brave enough to stand up to his warmongering and murder. Ukraine is the main victim of his intentions but Georgia, Moldova and the Baltic States are in his crosshairs for the future even though trouble is already being instigated by ethnic Russians, and other ne'er-do-wells, in those areas hoping it will go unnoticed during the current mayhem. Finally Ukraine is getting some aerial fire-power from Poland and Slovakia who are 2 countries that know only too well what the Soviet boot brings to their daily lives and fear for the regional democracy if Putin is allowed to go unchecked any longer. Is there nobody, other than the U.S., who can provide attack helicopters of the Apache type, or whatever the latest equivalent would be, to up the ante in the defence of the expected Russian Spring onslaught? I am waiting for the U.K., Germany, France, Spain and Italy to join the list of military equipment suppliers to the aerial campaign with newer and better stuff than the Putin mob has in the air right now. Ukrainian pilots will know all of the faults in the Russian built aircraft and use them to their benefit but they need better planes and helicopters immediately if they are to sway the war more in their direction. Sooner rather than later the Russians will make another serious miscalculation about the determination of the West to defend democracy in Europe, but time is running out for the evil ones to be stopped dead in their tracks. All of this talking about what certain countries may do or provide is all very well and good but full on actions are what is needed to stop the Iron Curtain returning without the consent of those that will end up enveloped in it's thuggery.
The Russian propaganda people must think the rest of the world is stupid when they expect us to believe that the videos purporting to show a bunch of kids smiling all the way to their new life after being ripped away from the life they knew and loved. The same has happened on a continual basis including several months ago when Putin was seen smiling with various groups for certain occasions and not expecting us to see through the fact that most of them were exactly the same people. I have this suspicion that young children taken from their parents and friends would be sullen and crying most of the time and not beaming when they supposedly got their newly printed Russian certificate of citizenship. Brazil and Argentina both rely on the western northern hemisphere for trade would they risk that? China states that a countries sovreignty is a paramount in its stance regarding the illegal war! There was a "twitter type feed" on the report last night [ about midnight] that took you to a site that was a public info site into "INTELLIGENCE" military version of. It stated over the past few month's praise heaped on the various "INTELLIGENCE" civilian supporting the establishment M1's . Mentioned. in passing. the discontent of various Russian citizens also feeding the stream and in some cases taking action. False flag? or...........? The Tupolev Tu-141 Strizh (Swift) is a Soviet reconnaissance drone. It made its first flight in 1974. It was adopted by the Soviet military in 1979. Production commenced during the same year. This drone was produced ad the Kharkiv aviation plant. Production ceased in 1989. A total of 142 units were built. After collapse of the Soviet Union these reconnaissance drones ended up in Russia and Ukraine. During their service life these drones were used in a considerable number of exercises. However eventually the type was put to storage. In Russian military retired Tu-141 drones were used as targets. In 2014 Ukrainian armed forces reactivated these reconnaissance drones. Some sources report that Ukrainians upgraded these drones in order to improve their capabilities. These were used to fly reconnaissance missions over Ukrainian territory that was captured by Russian-backed separatists. Russia states one was brought down, as opposed to shot down in the town of Kireyevsk - some 400km (249 miles) from the Ukraine border - on Sunday, the defence ministry announced. Russian law enforcement authorities say the drone - said to be a Strizh-type (Tu-141) UAV packed with explosives - was brought down at 15:20 local time (13:20 BST), causing a large crater in the heart of Kireyevsk. Would Ukraine really be targeting civilian infra structure? Until such time as the Russian population are able to wake up and smell the roses the chances of this assault on everything Ukrainian stopping is not in the cards. The biggest issue in their collective knowledge of what is actually going on with this "special operation" is the fact that all of the news they receive is a lie but even so I would at least expect that a certain percentage of them are aware of the truth. Putin is about to push the boundaries of humanity and he will not stop on his conquests until someone steps in and stops him and that is us and the rest of civilized society. Sooner rather than later he will do something, either by plan or accident, that will escalate the conflict beyond return. Belarus is being held hostage by Putin with probable threats of someone falling from a window unless they conform to his evil ways even though to the rest of the world they tend to look complicit in these murders. The placement of serious missiles in Belarus has apparently shaken the world but I can't truly believe that some kind of heavy weaponry hasn't already been put in place under our noses. The first shipment of Leopard 2 tanks from Germany has been sent to Ukraine, the German defence ministry says. Eighteen cutting-edge main battle tanks were delivered after Ukrainian crews were trained to use them. Defence Minister Boris Pistorius said he was sure the tanks could "make a decisive contribution" on the frontlines of the war. Challenger 2 tanks from the UK have also arrived, according to reports from Ukraine. Russia will make BIG of any opportunity to bloat themselves with praise should they destroy one. UNLIKE TANK BATTLES OF OLD these tanks can fight with deadly accuracy from quite a range. in the occupied territories there are many " target identifiers" locals in touch with Ukraine agencies that collate info for the Military. Like the Kherson offensive they will be lining up all the little ducks .. ammo dumps.. emplacements etc [ they do that now apparently one or 2 a day! ] from a few miles away they then have time to move position maybe only a few hundred metres! I notice that the young girl who drew the picture that upset the ever sensitive Putin was placed in a private school away from her family as her dad was arrested. The latest I saw on him was that he got 2 years in prison but has apparently escaped house arrest and I wonder whether he will be able to get out of Russia. If he should achieve freedom I wonder what Putin's thugs will come up with for the future of a totally innocent young child just expressing her feelings. There surely has to be a line that Putin won't cross but sitting on the fence can't be the way forward and I just hope that the news we get has been seriously redacted from the actual live truth of what's going on in the murky background?

Four bankers who allowed a friend of Vladimir Putin to deposit huge sums in Swiss banks have been found guilty of lacking due diligence, given seven-month suspended sentences for helping musician Sergei Roldugin, nicknamed "Putin's wallet". Mr Roldugin reportedly paid in around $30m (£24m) between 2014 and 2016. Three of the convicted bankers are Russian and one is Swiss. The Russian president, now under Western sanctions, is rumoured to have vast wealth, some of it invested abroad. A man sentenced to jail in Russia after his daughter drew an "anti-war" picture has been caught in Belarus, after seemingly fleeing the country. Alexei Moskalev was given a two-year jail sentence in absentia on Tuesday for discrediting the army. He came to the attention of authorities last year - after, he said, a school reported the drawing to police. A lawyer said he was probably caught in Minsk after switching on his mobile phone, which revealed his location. Speaking to Reuters, lawyer Dmitry Zakhvatov said "someone had made a mistake" to give away his location. "Most likely it was due to him using a mobile phone improperly," he said. There has to be lot's of anti-war people in Russia just wishing that this nightmare for their country would just go away, but until such time as they can gel into a powerful force with protests on the streets they have little chance of their voices being heard. I find it difficult to comprehend how Putin was allowed to essentially hijack Russia and use it for his own sadistic ambitions but we must not take him to be stupid, in fact anything but. He has systematically and slowly eroded human rights and taken away most of social media sites in order to quell rebellion against his plans to subjugate his citizens and then turn on Ukraine in a clear attempt to reunite the Soviet Union in all it's ugliness and horror. I compare what is going on in Russia with the media that is still allowed to broadcast nothing but lies and propaganda with Fox News in the U.S. supporting Donald Trump even though some of their on-air presenters said that they were threatened with sanctions if they didn't broadcast the lie that the last election was rigged against the Republicans. Trump has been dodging legal bullets for years and tomorrow he faces the first of many legal barriers to his personal and political futures, so be prepared for more lies and fantasies to arrive over the next week and months. My biggest fear as a Canadian is that he is allowed to run again for the President's job, despite everyone knowing he is a liar and hate monger, when without a shadow of a doubt he would remove, or substantially lower, aid for Ukraine and then cozy up to Putin who will just play with him. The war rhetoric across the globe is heating up and the likelihood of major conflict gets even closer and will burst the bubble of peace that we have enjoyed for so long, so we need diplomacy at it's very best to cool the heads that are dreaming up global dominance. I wonder how much the recent reports of a seriously secrets info leak in the United States? Apparently info on conflict plans in Ukraine were leaked by some junior office worker who sent extremely secret and probably dangerous to Ukraine as it apparently highlights possible strategies wanting to be implemented on the front lines. There probably will be an arrest in the next few days, according to recent reports, but the potential damage that could result from this serious leak might be more than expected.
The details of the actual items that were part of this leak are now just beginning to surface, or at least as reported by the less than stellar news services. I gather that for some time there have been reports of Putin having serious health issues and there was a brief reference to that rumour in these leaks and I just question as to why the U.S. Intelligence agencies would speak about such sensitive details? The rumour says that there are Russian military top brass waiting for Vladimir to be hospitalized for cancer treatment to declare him incapable of leadership and then walk away from the conflict behind his back. I will believe it only when I see actual action from these supposed dissenters of the war to end the war due to lack of interest. I also heard that Alexei Navalny is close to death, and the claim from his family is that he is slowly being poisoned through his food supplies. Watch this space I suppose, but I do wonder if the distance Putin puts between himself and visitors is due to the risk of getting infected when his immune system is lacking due to a serious, hopefully terminal, state of health?
