I see what you mean mate, I'd personally be pissed off if our owners changed Anfield's name to something else, but I can also see the point that it'd never be known as Black and Decker stadium, it would always be known as Anfield. I wouldn't be bothered at all if we built a new stadium and called it something like Black and Decker stadium, because the funding for the stadium needs to come from somewhere.

On another note, Is anyone else getting a virus warning every time they change page on not606? Because I am. It happened yesterday or the day before with a different one aswell. There must be someone deliberately putting viruses on not606

  2. Been to all the home games so far and most of the them have had a pretty good atmosphere, and comparing any other match day to a derby day atmosphere is silly because our derby days produce an atmosphere 10x better than any other game in this country.

Fulham and Blackburn at home weren't great for atmosphere but the rest have been good IMO.

We must have sat in alternate universes then because the 3 I've been to have been like graveyards apart from the odd chant here and there.

And I didn't compare anything I posted a video of the atmosphere in the 2-0 derby and said that I wanted that kind of noise back and remember when it was similar to that in every game, which it was.

I can't think of a ground which is always loud. Its always when your team is winning that you start to sing really. Ours is without doubt the best ground with the best fans who are loudest and even though its not always loud, I wouldn't worry

There was times on Saturday when everybody seemed to be as one and it was a bit like it used to.

I hope your right because thats the exact thing I was talking about that hasn't quite been there for a while, the feeling that everyone is standing together roaring the team on, theres just been pockets of that recently.

I didn't get to the Everton game, wish I had managed to.

It's because now that we're doing so well, all our fans are scared of letting a goal in. It matters more when there's Europe at stake, last year we knew it was going to be mid table mediocrity.
However I haven't noticed it being that bad, considering everyone has been moved, banned from standing etc all that crap, I'd say it's been pretty loud.

  9. The same energy of the old days hasn't been here very often recently, but our ground is still filled with noise more consistently than any other ground in this league easily.

If you compare it to the old days then It's disappointing, but if you compare it to other PL teams you'll see that we still have a great atmosphere.
