Ah, right....that makes sense now, thank you.

I read it as SD gone from 10% to 9%, not by 10%.

All positive for me. The change in direction of the club since Kyril came in is there for all to see in a relatively short period of time.

It's absolutely wonderful and a great time for the club imo.

Sounds to me like Donald has been unable to fund his percentage and has been forced to surrender some shares ...

... ironically Stewart's injury, and another season out of the PL, may finish him off altogether.

see people are saying it's a PR stunt because of the season ticket debate.

this would of been going on for a while

the haven't just woke up this morning, seen some of the fans reaction and thought "better quickly buy some shares off stewie"

This increase in the shares started on Tuesday, and completed this morning, the reason SD was helping KLD out in the admin dept, as at the time he and JS were looking for investment elsewhere.
it changed when KLD offered him a fortune for his shares.
i PM'd few on here about it.

KLD is already in control and doing things his way, mopping up a few more shares isn't any big deal ...

... it's not much of a distraction and idiotic to believe the club is toying with the supporters for no good reason.

Seriously, some people are just desperate.

    if i was to guess

    i would say about 10m

that's just by how much i would value the club at the moment about 100m

    I don't understand tbh.

If JS was looking to bring investment in from elsewhere why does he suddenly put his own.money in.

Doesn't make a bit of sense.

And why would KLD pay any more for the shares than their market value ... he doesn't need them.

i agree i think when KLD
took over we were 10th in league 1,

we are now holding are own in are first season back, after only 2 years at the club,

    off the field need improvement

but on the field, which is the most important thing is much better

Brilliant on the pitch and can't complain at all.

Off the field needs major work imo

Better to put the most effort into recruitment etc.

People would go nuts if more effort went into off the field activities.

Wouldn't disagree at all mate, I hope they step up the off the field stuff especially with the good things the team have done on the pitch. Should almost feed off each other on both sides of the business.

Bob, you seem to have forgotten you recently posted that Donald would be increasing his involvement in the club ...

... you were wrong and couldn't have been more wrong.

Seriously mate, it's time you resigned as Donald's defence counsel, it's making you look ridiculous.

Na things change, he was working with KLD on 2 projects in the club, but KLD decided to change things around due to JS spending more time in Monaco.
So he just bought more shares to strengthen his investment, now valuing the club at £82 million.
    Just business that's all.

Bob man, that just doesn't make a lick of sense.

The way you're describing the series of events is impossible. You don't even know if the Cayman Island holding company has issued shares or the club itself.

Completely agree with you on this mate....also makes no sense to me that KLD would require SD's help...for admin??

KLD has been smart throughout setting up a football club with a clear strategy, a club SD stripped, KLD has surrounded himself with professional people in the related area, football people in football roles...obviously still a lot to do in background none football roles....why would KLD need SD's help?.....unless KLD said...do me a favour mate were stretched at the moment can you sort season ticket renewal process out

It's all been so methodical and calm that I just don't believe KLD has suddenly started making huge impulsive decisions and flip-flopping from involving Donald to paying him a fortune to push him further out of the club.

    That's total nonsense imo.

KLD has some very hard-nosed advisers in Treuer and Levin. To them, Donald is an irrelevance to be eased out over time at the lowest cost.
