millions of tons of weight scientific evidence if ever I heard it who knows what hit the pentagon, somehow the most heavily guarded building in america was not able to catch any clear footage of what hit it there are some conspiracy theories that say an amatuer pilot performed a 280 degree turn descending 7000 feet in two minutes and flew 5 yards off the ground for 50 feet before hitting the pentagon in a commercial airliner. what do you think?
9/11 Commission co-chair Lee Hamilton says "I don't believe for a minute we got everything right", that the Commission was set up to fail, that people should keep asking questions about 9/11, that the 9/11 debate should continue, and that the 9/11 Commission report was only "the first draft" of history. 9/11 Commissioner Bob Kerrey said that "There are ample reasons to suspect that there may be some alternative to what we outlined in our version . . . We didn't have access . . . ." 9/11 Commissioner Timothy Roemer said "We were extremely frustrated with the false statements we were getting" Former 9/11 Commissioner Max Cleland resigned from the Commission, stating: "It is a national scandal"; "This investigation is now compromised"; and "One of these days we will have to get the full story because the 9-11 issue is so important to America. But this White House wants to cover it up". The Senior Counsel to the 9/11 Commission, who led the 9/11 staff's inquiry, said "I was shocked at how different the truth was from the way it was described .... The tapes told a radically different story from what had been told to us and the public for two years.... This is not spin. This is not true." But let's back up and look at the 9/11 Commission in more detail. Preliminarily, President Bush and Vice-President Cheney took the rare step of personally requesting that congress limit all 9/11 investigation solely to "intelligence failures", so there has never been a congressional probe into any of the real issues involved. The administration also opposed the creation of a 9/11 commission. Once it was forced, by pressure from widows of 9-11 victims, to allow a commission to be formed, the administration appointed as executive director an administration insider, whose area of expertise is the creation and maintenance of "public myths" thought to be true, even if not actually true, who was involved in pre-9/11 intelligence briefings, and who was one of the key architects of the "pre-emptive war" doctrine. This executive director, who controlled what the Commission did and did not analyze, then limited the scope of the Commission's inquiry so that the overwhelming majority of questions about 9/11 remained unasked (see this article and this article). The administration then starved the commission of funds, providing a fraction of the funds used to investigate Monica Lewinsky, failed to provide crucial documents (and see this article also), refused to share much information with the Commission, refused to require high-level officials to testify under oath, and allowed Bush and Cheney to be questioned jointly. More importantly, the 9-11 Commission refused to examine virtually any evidence which contradicted the administration's official version of events. As stated by the State Department's Coordinator for Counterterrorism, who was the point man for the U.S. government's international counterterrorism policy in the first term of the Bush administration, "there were things the [9/11] commission wanted to know about and things they didn't want to know about."
i wanted that answer from eddie but you'll do... ..now, if this is all a conspiracy, and the US government are to blame..and they flew something like a missile into the pentagon, why? they have already flown 2 767's..in front of millions of people around the world..into 2 buildings in new york - in broad day light. what genius involved in the plan decided to ditch the plan to use planes just for one target, and send a missile over the heads in such a densley populated city like DC? surely it would have been much easier..and far less risky to erm..just use another plane? unless you think they're doing a bit of reverse psychology on our arses
"millions of tons of weight" are you honestly saying the load above the impact floors was minuscule? "here are some conspiracy theories that say an amatuer pilot performed a 280 degree turn descending 7000 feet in two minutes and flew 5 yards off the ground for 50 feet before hitting the pentagon in a commercial airliner." i presume you're referring to hani hanjour? is this the same "amateur pilot" who was actually in possession of a commercial pilots licence? which he actually got in the US? oh dear ed, you're looking more simple by the min
quite a few. why you dodged the question about the brains behind 9/11 choosing to use a cruise missile when they could have used another plane.. or your apparent thought that the floors above the impact zone weighed next to nothing or how i put holes in your "amateur pilot" theory but telling you he actually held a commercial pilots license. take your pick. you can try, god knows you'll try..but you won't beat me on this ed. i'll take you to school all day son
jordan the load on the top of the building represented about 5% of the structure. less than 5% of the weight when you consider that the steel at the bottom was 4 inches thicker than the steel at the top. you are suggesting that this masterpiece of engineering could not hold that 5%? your theory borders on primary 5 level physics
5%? south tower was hit at floor 77. thats 33 floors of weight on it. north was hit at 93. thats 17 floors of weight. how is that 5%? makes sense that the south tower would collapse first due to having twice as much load put on it. sorts of put another gaping hole in your flawed bollocks, doesn't it?
where is this force coming from jordan? this force an hour after the plane crash, that sent beams (probably weighing millions of tons of weight) flying 70 meters across the street? where is this energy coming from? what produced it?
****ing hell not you. the man who thinks Islamic terrorism is a myth like the toothfairy and father xmas. who said he was an expert? he held a commercial license, so he must have been at some standard. he wasn't great..infact a flight school even contacted the faa to question whether his license was legit (bet you didn't know that, did you?)..but they were told it was and he just needed to improve on his english. why is making a 330 degree turn so difficult? and the rate of descent he took..flight 175 did exactly the same.
errr..the beams that were sent flying would have been from the impact zones themselves. you still have countless "intact" floors above them putting more and more stress on the supporting floors below.
