The re0y is quite approx though. “Has twitter, but can’t handle a digital season ticket” not exactly difficult imo. I like the idea. They have to have an alternative but I’m happy to have it in my apple wallet. Saves rooting around in my real wallet! Used them for cup games before and it works fine
Yeah, I've never had a problem with them when they've been QR codes, slightly different with having to turn on NFC but I always use my phone to pay for things anyway (hardly ever carry cash about) Only pain for me is the bairn can't get Google Wallet due it being an age restricted app in the Play store so I'll have his and mine on my phone and have to buzz him through.

Supporters purchasing a new season ticket will be able to split the cost of their season card across four-monthly Direct Debit payments to be taken on the following dates: 02 May 2023 03 July 2023 04 Sept 2023 02 Nov 2023 Fans wishing to spread the cost of their season ticket using the Direct Debit payment must renew or purchase by 5pm on Monday 10 April, as this option will not be available following this deadline or during the general sale period.
Got an email saying mine's renewed. Presumably the digital tickets will be sent half an hour before the first game of the season
They should do a trial with 1000 willing participants at the back end of this season as a test. Try it on apple and android devices, multiple tickets on the devices, kids tickets, adult tickets, etc. I fear that may be beyond Davison though.
Yep. He trialled the BCB changes for an FA Cup match which was an atypical game and where people went after the cheaper tickets expecting food and has now decided that was a success (even though the whole evening was a disaster) and is removing food from the menu. I don’t believe any of the season ticket holders were approached about different options including food when they have a captive audience. Very very poor SAFC!
Not had any email about mine auto renewing and just checked my account history and it says I bought this seasons card twice in the space of 4 days. I'm sure i would have noticed that at the time but tempted to go back through my online banking to check
Try your purchase history on the eticketing site, it will be in there if it's renewed. Did you pay by DD this season?
No I just took the hit last season but would like to go direct debit this season so hoping it hasn't just auto renewed or a couple of bills may bounce on April 1st
I'm not sure on this, but it may just be the DD that have auto renewed. Are you using Gmail as the email address? They have had bother with Gmail before
No mate I use outlook had a look and checked the junk as most safc emails tend to go there but had nothing. No money taken so I guess I'll try and sort it tomorrow then try and sort out the digital aspect.
