Any of you lads a fan of spicy food?
I like a bit of heat but have calmed down a bit since the days of a phal.

I was impressed with the breakfasts in Jakarta which served up breakfast curry and rice too. Little diced fresh chillies on the side to tweak to your own tastes too.

    A good curry's hard to come-by..

I spent a lot of time living in London and got used to the quality of food served up there.

Imho, the restaurant up here couldn't touch the takeaways in London unfortunately.

I have discoverd a gem of a pizza joint lately though...:emoticon-0103-cool:

Absolutely adore spicy food (but not Indian) but my stomach absolutely hates spicy food approximately 4-6 hours later.

Chinese curries are my favourites and Ken’s in Chester le Street is the best curry I’ve found down here in the south.

Raj Bari Chappel Park, Mogul Raj Ponteland. Both do a good spicy curry.

Yup - love a bit of heat in my food. Drives the Mrs mad, but I'll put one form of chilli or another in or on anything.

I love spice, have chilli and garlic in most things I eat. Don’t think I could have one for breakfast though?

Have 3 servings of huel and your Mrs will soon see you're a keeper just the way you are.

It was an odd thing but it kinda worked. I got told it's an Indonesian thing so I guess when in Rome.

I ate a raw Carolina Reaper chilli whilst on holiday last year.

It was the only thing I've ever had that was so hot I thought I was hallucinating, it was like I was flying while being blowtorched at the same time.

I used to love breakfasts in Thailand. Never too early for spicy soup or pad thai.

Soup is nice but only with a loaf of bread unfortunately which defeats the object

Love a bit of sambal with a weekend nasi goreng or Bubur Ayam. Mrs takes breakfast spice to a new level. Even puts it on fried eggs. Carries sachets of sambal with her whenever she is out.

Just came back from India - could definitely get used to curry for breakfast. Love spice, but the Mrs is a korma person and coughs passive-aggressively if I even open the bottle of chilli sauce in the same room as her food.
