Dare I say it, but the hope is growing. Fatal.

 

I back this team to come out fast tonight, after the last game of us getting heavily beaten 3-0 ! And that nj rant I really expect our team to be incredibly up for this game.
I also think that Brentford won't have the same intensity.
2-0 Saints win.

 

Selles has said Edozie isn't quite ready to perform in his system so no chance he will start. I agree that we should start the same XI as against united but without Walcott - although our other options are somehow all as bad or worse. Djenepo, Orsic or Elyounoussi? I think Walcott will keep his place.

In that case I would definitely go Stu in for Theo!

Edit - That said, I don't remember the last time he started for us, so I don't know if he is fit enough yet.

I think three points would definitely be competitive depending on other teams.

 

I really don’t want Spurs to sack Conte before Saturday. I’d like them to be forced to do so afterwards.

 

Agreed, hence saying we'd be no worse off. It could be better, depending on other results, but certainly no worse off.

 

It seems strange that neither game is being televised tonight? Listening on the radio is painful.

 

Both games are re-arranged fixtures. Our game - due to the Queen's death and I believe the other was due to train strikes.
