Looking down the threads on League 2 Not606 it's only us four teams that can be arsed to post. What a poor show from the rest of them.
ah, but it is refreshing to have 4 switched on clubs in the league. i for one hope plymouth start climbing the league having just being bought out of admin. the argyle have had 10 months of hell, have had to sell their ground , but they are still in business. good luck argyle. now come on gas home to daggers, time for gas to wize up wake up and start scoring. steady harrold with those carrots, you don't want to give yourself colic at 3pm. good luck gas, get a good dap on. time for a goalfest aj with a hint of banter!
The good wishes from fans of other clubs have been a breath of fresh air and cheered us up greatly, thanks to all of you. We are however a lesson for everyone - our new owner said within the past 48 hours or so that he thought at times there was only a 1 in 10 chance of us surviving the process. That puts in their place those Argyle fans who said we needn't worry as clubs never actually go under - we got very very close indeed. It is going to happen to some poor club one day so take care of yours and make sure it's not you!
the 4 have reduced to 3. can the gas be arsed to post. what the gas need is a nice long cup run starting next saturday
The problem is 99% of our official forum dont post on here, even after I have promoted this site to them loads of times!
It is a two way thing tho Chris - I have only been on the official forum a couple of times, and it seems to me that most of the people who post on there are school kids ... or at least have a school kid mentality. Now banter etc is all well and good, but reading some of the comments is like reading a kids comic, and at 55 years old I think I am past that stage in my life!
I'm 62 and there is nothing wrong with "getting down with the kids". Go on give it a go and show that just because you are on the downward slope to lifes end you aren't quite ready to curl up your toes just yet and can relate. You'd be surprised how much you have in common in the end.
You're so young sensible...............the dribble you have to glean through on pasoti for instance can be quite boring...........but there is at times some real gems, of up to date and relevant info that is good to know ..................and there is power in quickly spread important news.
I am a DJ so do get down with the local youth every weekend .... It's just on the forum its like - you said this ... and you said that .... my ball is bigger than yours etc, and I can't be doing with that. Good constructive conversation, good banter and a laugh - not slagging everyone off with nothing to back it up (discussion wise!), and general kiddy talk - I don't want to feel I'm having a chat down the local creche!
I agree with your Rhine, however many a comment on here are "childish" but we know that its all good fun. You would never believe I am 26 reading my posts
