Morning. Zero meetings in the diary and working from home. Going to spend most of the day watching Shameless probably.

 

Which one, UK or US?

 

UK. Not tried the US one. Never find their versions as good (The Office etc.)

 

I agree normally the US remakes are god awful (The Inbetweeners being a prime example), but Shameless is the exception.
The US one is far better. The UK one fell apart by season 6 because it kept haemorraging cast members, it couldnt keep hold of them.
But the US one, after the first season especially, becomes its own thing and was an exceptional show imo.

 

Wasnt a fan of the u.s. office in maybe 5 episodes but when you get there its gets good.

Haven't rewatched the uk one in 20 years but at the moment i think i prefer the u.s. office

Neighbour away on a cruise and they've got a faulty alarm, been going on and off all day. Now it's beeping away again. If I weren't going away tomorrow I'd go into their house via the loft and smash the fcuking thing.
