Just found some of the abuse KWP and put a link here. EDIT: But, actually, f*ck it, I took it down again. Disgusting.
My wife did as well. No ranting from yours truly, at the useless comments by the pundits or lack of recognition by them to our club. Much shorter too.
IMO this is a top, top save. The ball bouncing just before him makes it so much harder to save. His best save of his Saints career IMO. Gets better and better every time I watch it. Stunning save.
Yes, who would have thought - playing our best RB at RB, and our best LB at LB. Selles is a genius! Shout out to Baz - a faultless performance at OT will do his confidence a lot of good.
A settled defence and central midfield is key but I still think theres room for change up front. Not sure why Edozie is out of the picture as although his end product is lacking, he commits players and is a good dribbler which can win free kicks and create room for others. Far rather he was the one coming off the bench then AArmstrong whose only purpose seems to be to charge around with little poise, control or skill. With our goalscoring problems I'd still like to see Tall Paul get more game time too. He may not be the answer, but nobody else can score and they've all had plenty more opportunities.
Because he's not quite there yet. Needs regular minutes with the B team rather than little cameo's off the bench.
Both Edozie and Mara (who both have latent talent) in a normal season at a normal club, would be doing a Tella and crafting their trade in the Championship (and likely doing very well). That would be the best move for them, but we've not had a normal season, and are not a normal club just yet (though we're making moves in that direction).
I agree he's not quite there yet. And would benefit from game time in the B team or on loan. And yet he's still a better option off the bench then AArmstrong IMO who only offers effort and running.
I agree about Armstrong but we have various players who would do better who aren't getting a look in.
Just read a Man Utd view of the game where they suggested the KWP tackle on Garnacho was on a par with the Casemiro tackle. Absolutely mental.
I went on their main forum (RedCafe) and TBF most of them acknowledged Casemiro deserved a red card. Didn't read on about the other incidents though.
Response from Kyle, with support in the comments from a fair few, from Raphael Varane through to Vesti!
