The grandchildren are indeed entitled to use Prince or Princess. It is conferred on them, but not designated in the sense of being obligatory. Princess Anne's children, for example, elected not to use the titles. Man-baby and his whinging wife have not stopped criticising the monarchy since they left the UK, telling everyone they want to be private, normal people, then call their children Prince and Princess. The hypocrisy is staggering but it's what we've come to expect from this self-absorbed couple.

They've been a main news item virtually every other day for some time, and will continue to be, until at least the Coronation in May. In fact, probably long after that because that's how they make their money, clinging leach-like to the family they claim to despise and trading on Princess Diana's name.
