I don’t understand booing the team or individual players. Been a supporter for 59 yrs (and hopefully counting), and although I don’t get to many games these days, can’t see the sense in booing our own players. Of course I don’t rate everyone of our players, however other than the Revie years, and maybe the Wilko and O’Leary teams, you could pick holes in most of our formations. It’s not easy being a Leeds supporter, because we never do stuff easy. Personally I wouldn’t have Aaronson and McKennie anywhere near the current line up. Maybe they’ll get the Premier, but I still want em to do well. I never thought we’d win yesterday, but the signs were encouraging. Another week of sorting the systems out on the training pitch. Think we’ll get something from Wolves. MOT
Yeah, when the fixtures came out, their fans started a campaign to get it moved, the bloke that organised it, seemed a right tool.
To be honest, I do feel that by tinkering with our loyal supporters to bring in “new” ones, this could have had an impact. Leeds fans have always looked after Leeds fans over the years to ensure those who were new or wanted to go to games had a chance to go. The way it is set up now, it is hard to bring anyone in as part of your group, even getting additional tickets for family members means I don’t even bother trying now. We will soon see what happens to attendances if anyone just expects good times. The damage the club has done over the past year has set us back to before Bielsa arrived sadly.
Come on get behind the players a win against wolves and we start moving up and away from relegation and then next season is going to be mega. With the 49ers money.
