Laecelles should start, did well Vs City and showed more leadership that Tripps has done recently. Wilson needs to be dropped to bench after the City debacle.
Wilson has scored 7 goals in I think 22 it's not too bad that... who else scores ? Almiron? We need more than 2 players capable of scoring on the pitch .
I wasn't saying what you said wasn't true, was highlighting the fact he refused to change up winning teams, which to be fair, I think he was correct in doing, the shirt should be yours until you stop performing. As for Wilson, I hope he finds his form again. However with hindsight he shouldn't have started the final, let alone last week in my view. Howe has shown him loyalty, however, now is the time for change. If he wants the shirt back he needs to earn it back.
These things aren't set in stone - goals can come from Wilson,Isak, Miggy, Bruno, Willock, ASM, Murphy etc...there's no definite goal scorer. Wilson tends to score in patches when he's in form and when he's off form, like now, he has barren spells.
