It's still an indication of the dramatic shift ie freefall the past couple of months. Even a win today will see them level on and points with forest and Southampton ....the other clubs have improved including Wolves who newcastle play today. It's nowhere near top 6 form never mind top 4... top 4 is gone barring a dramatic shift in the other direction. Still a great season regardless but there's been no indication of newcastle returning to the form they had before this drop .
