The chips were fine. Cut them thin and soaked them in cajun seasoning and olive oil for half a day. I hate turnip but these were really nice.

I virtually am. All I eat is fruit and veg, chicken, fish, oats, seeds - that's about it. No cheese, butter or cream though. No cakes, no chocolate, no sweets, no takeaways. I only ever cook in olive oil.
I can't help that mate, I can't eat most dairy products. and I eat any veg, so I'm not excluding anything for no diet! As for the other stuff, just doing as I'm told by the nurse for now. I got a large pack of Jaffa Cakes, keep staring at me for after my bloods.
