HDM paper edition have printed a couple of articles this week about us expecting a large attendance for the Rotherham match. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
One thing I've noticed recently is that our Friday and midweek games always have a match report in the next day's edition, FC and HKR don't. Imagine the howls ... The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
They are too busy filling the online edition with stuff about rugby, a lot of it not even to do with the Hull clubs.
Are you sure? They certainly report the Friday night egg chasing exploits on Hull Live. Although when they lose it is difficult to find out the score because it is well hidden in the text and excuses about bad luck, bad refereeing decisions and how well the Hull teams played, and sometimes the score is not given at all. Last week, for example, Fc lost their third game on the bounce but they were 'brave and battling' throughout. Heavy defeats are obliviated altogether. Like Fc's back to back Wembley Cup Final appearances in 59 and 60. Both ended in record defeats for a Final at Wembley and both final scores are nowhere to be found in Fc's history books. I think Rovers now hold the record for the worst ever defeat in a Wembley Final, something like 50-0.
It's not a bite it's fact. But predictible the same miserable minnow jumps in with an insult and an empty comment but nothing to back his comment, or insult up.
Sunderland away /The final tickets of City's full allocation of 1,895 were snapped up on Thursday morning, more than two weeks ahead of the trip to the North East, as excitement continues to grip Tigers fans. To which I have left my application too late ,after calling the ticket office at lunchtime today after the sold out sign went up.A very pleasant young lady called Sophie helped get me four tickets in separate areas .but I am still short of one adult ticket so if anyone knows or hears of one please pm me .tia
I think some daft twats don’t realise you were having a bit of fun with people you know. Predictable which daft twat would like the first daft twat’s post.
They've printed a report from last night's HKR match in today's paper, wonder if they've had complaints. No maggots were harmed in this post. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
https://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/sport/rugby-league/two-clubs-hate-each-other-8328883 honestly, terrifying this derby
Big boost for the pubs, taxi drivers and other business in the area. Can never understand why there is such a downer on the game, it is a great thing for the City. I was only involved in one, the first between the two clubs for a long time, and the atmosphere at pitch side was unreal. Great to see them fill the ground.
Will be more at Wigan v St Helens. The question is why in a 25,000+ stadium 21,000 is a sell out. Previous ones have had a 23,500 capacity though that has never been reached.
