What’s everyone’s views on Forster now he’s got a few games under his belt?

Can’t say we’ve missed Lloris, IMO

He’s made a couple shaky decisions but largely been ok, made some good saves too.

Saddest thing is he’s probably been our best summer signing.

I mean, I wouldn’t say forster’s been great… but the fact we’ve not missed Lloris says more about Lloris form this season.

Can’t argue with that really. What does that say about the others? <yikes>

A considerable part of it is on the manager for me.

Bissouma’s use as a DM has been absolutely farcical considering many consider him one of the best CMs in the league.
Not playing Spence and loaning him out whilst we had two of the worst RWBs in existence constantly stink the place out.
Perisic and Richarlison have been poor, likely made poorer by the awful negative tactics sucking the life out of everyone.
    Lenglet has been ok.
Forster has been decent barring a couple errors.

One of those games, a win is a win, we weren't great they were awful, we were the better side for sure and at least Navas had to make some saves 2nd half but so did Forster.

All round good results for us today as well 6 pts clear of 5th and a good run of fixtures ahead.

A win as required (more so given the other results) .
A penalty save is always a good confidence builder for GK#2.

Danjuma like Spence is a ‘club’ purchase

not surprised he’s getting the same treatment

Danjuma is a back up loan signing. I don’t get why everyone expected him to feature if everyone is fit. He’s a backup and that’s it.

Exactly. Some of the mistakes have been Lloris-esque (near post etc) but he has looked pretty solid and arguably his distribution is better.

    This was an inevitable win.

Nothing today gave me any inclination to change my mind about Conte.

bringing on Lucas instead of Danjiuma and Sarr for about a minute was ridiculous.

Sent a streaming link to my 11 year old son and he was met with a rude picture (despite nothing showing on my end). :emoticon-0136-giggl

If there is an injury crisis then he can come in. If not then he’s not needed. Gil loaned out for his development.

I don’t see what the club has done wrong here.
