Should we start Ben Arfa in the next 3 games?

Yes, because all we ever talk about is football line ups. We never talk about transfer speculation, results, players etc.

Lescott is overrated in my opinion, and whenever he's on the England team sheet I despair. He's too slow, and positionally very poor (watch England v Spain saturday if you want to see his weaknesses exposed as rumours are he's starting)

I can just imagine Tash in the dressingroom managing Newcastle. He'd be like Homer when he coached the local football team in that episode of the Simpsons.

Tash: "Best, you've done well this season and you've been an integral part of our squad"
Best: "Thanks gaffer, I really appreciate it"
Tash: "No problem. By the way, you're out of the team"
Best: "Wtf? Why! You just said I was doing really well"
Tash: "Because I can see bags under your eyes. You need a rest son"
Best: "But I feel absolutely fine, I have a whole week to recover"
Tash: "No you don't. Perch is in"
    Best: "Why Perch"
    Tash: "He has pace"
    Best: "I'm quicker than him!"
    Tash: "....Pace"

I think if he plays next to John Terry then he will not be the same player because they don't suit eachother. Him and Jagielka are the partnership we should go with, we won't though

Come on! It's not transfer season. this article is about a player and line-up and the potential of getting a result. I know it's fashionable to bash a tash article but he does make some relevant points!

When's Williamson back? If he was back soon we could have gone with....

    -------Saylor--------Williamson------Colo---------

    Santon---------------------------------------Raylor

    ------------Tiote-----Guthrie---Cabaye------------

    -----------------------Jonas-------------------------

    -----------------------Ba----------------------------

Give Gutierrez a free role so he can move out to each wing and also track back and help our wing backs. But then I remember the last time we played with wing backs...

Jagielka has a hairline toe fracture apparently. I don't rate Jagielka either though! My england back four would be: Richards--Cahill---Terry---Cole

Just because it's not transfer season doesn't mean there isn't transfer speculation <doh> He does indeed make some good points, apart from the dropping Best to give him a rest idea, but lets face it, we have no influence in what's going to happen. This isn't FM/Fifa, I'd rather trust Pardew with the line-ups and how he handles the tactics than see my own ideas for a formation.

Mine would be Richards - Jagielka - Lescott - Cole. Them 2 centre backs know eachother inside and out from their Everton days together. I rate Jagielka highly, played class against us at the weekend imo

So you want to speculate on who we might bring in, but not formation we might play....
This is a forum for opinions and speculation so if I were you, I would chill out abit more! My FIFA formation is far too attacking to work in real life anyway!

And to JDT, I suspect Cahill and Terry will be getting to know each other at Chelsea in January so why not start a couple of months early! :)

Likewise, there's some debate going, which is all we are after surely!

I don't want to speculate potential players to bring in, despite their being stuff like Simpson not signing a contract articles etc.

I had an opinion, he asked for an opinion, I gave my opinion. It doesn't stop all of you from continuing the thread in the same manner.
