    Lineker made it a political appointment in the first place by using the fame afforded to him by being in the post to spout his poorly informed political opinions to millions on Twitter.

    The way I see it is this...if you're left wing you will be supporting GL and if you're right wing you won't. Am I wrong?
    Personally I think GL is loving the attention. All the TV footage shows him to be happy and smiling and literally loving it.
    Can't stand the fella myself.
