So he said he isn't. .. Roland is going with who's fault it is and you're going talking about a crisis nobody had mentioned. Why is it not accurate to just say what is actually the case and that is that so far he's been a complete waste of 60 million ? I hope he comes good but so far he hasn't.
My point is its sensationised bollocks - he said he's probably not ready to play full games consistently, the Sun turn this into "Howe admits Isak can't do the full 90 minutes". He can do the fully 90mims, but not consistently. And is that such a problem? Wilson never does the full 90 mins.
It's the middle of March mate there's something not right. Ultimately let's get back to the crux of this.... Has isak been good value for money so far?
No, but he has every opportunity to be....is the correct answer here. Good start, then a bad injury, and building his way up to full fitness after the injury..... Yeah building his way to full fitness, which is not the horseshit the Sun said about him not being able to play 90 mins.
I absolutely agree he hasn't, but as we've seen with the likes of Joelinton and others they can change that over time. The issue I have is that Joelinton was always it and available. I don't think it's a good sign that isak cannot get match fit months and months after an injury.
I don't think he'll be as injury prone as Wilson. Just may take him the first season to adjust to the Prem from the much less physical Spanish league.
So far he's been worse than Wilson and that's exactly the kind of concern people should have at this point. I've said this already, but what I'm doing is talking about what IS actually the case right now and others are in denial about that and instead arguing what 'Might' or 'Could' happen. Both arguments are fine, but one of them is a theory the other is actually happening.
**** me up the ****ing dickhole this is ridiculous. Munson, "a complete waste of £60m" about 5 months and 8 appearances into a players career is beyond ****ing mental. Has he been an instant hit? No, like about 40+ new PL players, he's had a stuttering start. Is he a complete waste of £60m? Nobody will know that until he's either doing well, or being sold for less. Then we can judge it. It's an utterly irrelevant position, and my replies on the subject of Isak are now officially.......OVER!
No, he isn't. He said Isak probably won't play 90 mins consistently yet, but they're building up his fitness after his injury so that he can play 90 mins regularly. It's a slow day at The Sun, so they tried to turn this into "Howe admits Isak can't play 90 mins" to make up he's some Ledly King/Woodgate style cripple.
Whether he can or not is irrelevant.. so far he's been a complete waste of money either way . I don't know why anyone would argue with that.
Which he hasn't. How can he be a complete waste of money when he's averaging a goal every other game?
He cost 60 million pounds he's done nothing to warrant the fee.... 60 million pounds Let's just ignore the price his poor fitness and of course appearances.
