My folks back in Sheffield have 2 feet of snow and no power after 36 hours of continuous snowfall <yikes>

Had a 9hr power cut the other night no snow to blame though . Did make me chuckle though as all the neighbours have solar panels but no back up so they was all in darkness . I have a tourer battery and inverter which had them all walking past scratching there heads ascto why i had lights and tv . Although the inverter was not powerfull enough to boil the kettle i had to raid the garage for the old camping stove and kettle (moaning at the better half for getting rid of the gas cooker). I hope they had heating and were prepaired .

Yeah it's pretty bad in parts of South and West Yorkshire. Luckily I'm off today so didn't have to struggle driving my van around in the snow

    Ayr 1.30 Jessiemac

Often runs well at Ayr. Course winner. On a good mark and decent conditional with recent winning form up. Worth a small each way bet
