It's all gobshite bollocks with no substance appealing to the little Ingerlanders who sucked up the brexshit lies and misinformation. The when, where and how these people would be removed without any legitimate international agreements in place is glossed over as is the provision of legitimate means of applying for asylum.
Here's some of Cruella Braverman's blustering bullshit.

So much for previous (failed) attempts to limit crossings.

These are not policies as they are unworkable. Just soundbites for the Daily Mail readers and yourself. This will not tackle the problem of gangs. It basically means UK is banning refugees. How can children from Africa apply for asylum without entering the UK? Answer: they can't.

Saying Linekar is in an Ivory tower is just dismissive and the language used by the Conservatives backing this policy eg. Anderson.

Bravernan yesterday said this was caused by the liberal left blob. That's far more of an unsubstantiated sound bite than anyone else made.

I was listening to a phone-in debate on BBC Five Live (OK, I was bored), and one of the callers raised a very similar point: The government does not expect this legislation to be acted on, but they want the courts to declare it illegal, so they can throw their collective hands up and claim that they did their best, but are being thwarted by the judicial system (which is probably run by a bunch of pinko commie sympathisers, or similar)

Yep, like I said it's just a stunt, designed to draw in all the people who are anti-immigration.

That low mortality rate became a flood that all but overwhelmed the NHS and associated services plus the failures of trace and trace and other government incompetance is well documented.
I've no intention of subscribing to the telegraph to read and verify that article and the subsequent advice given. I'll try and find the full story elsewhere given the telegraph's proven history of misinformation. When it comes to ignoring evidence your posting history and refusal to accept verified proofs contrary to you views takes the biscuit.

So what are these "crimes against humanity".and how was it that vaccinations numbered in billions saved millions of lives with few serious adverse reactions.

I assume they will be unworkable, as the current government is incapable of almost any task.

I absolutely detest the Daily Mail, not sure where you got that from

Another Whittycisim revealed. From https://www.bmj.com/content/380/bmj.p522 no subscription required.
"The messages show that England’s chief medical officer, Chris Whitty, told Hancock on 14 April 2020 that there should be “testing of all [people] going into care homes” and “segregation whilst awaiting result.” This was a day before the government published its action plan on managing covid-19 in adult social care settings.2 Hancock initially said the advice “is obviously a good positive step and we must put it into the doc.” However, a message later that day to one of his special advisers said, “I do not think the community commitment adds anything and it muddies the waters.” Testing was made mandatory for people entering care homes from hospital but not for those coming from the community. Guidance stating that tests should be carried out for everyone entering care homes was not introduced until 14 August 2020. Hancock has previously claimed he put a “protective ring around care homes,” but between April and August thousands of people in care homes in England died from covid-19."

As far as I could see, the 'Protective Ring' was to stop the care home residents from leaving...

I said he’s in his Ivory tower because he’s commenting on this from a position that will have almost zero impact on his life.

Millionaires like him are completely isolated from the consequences of these decisions. He probably uses private health care, in a gated community surrounded by luxury and security.

He is advocating for these things, which almost all the working class are against. The country is breaking, it’s not all immigrants fault, by no means am I saying that. But the fact is (in my opinion) this country is going down the ****ter, and the fact anyone can think “yeah we need to let loads more people in and tax everyone more to support that” is ****ing mental.

We need to improve things for the people that are currently here, get over the cost of living crisis, get government spending down etc. BEFORE we can start helping asylum seekers.

For ****s sake, there are employed nurses using food banks.

People like Lineker and seemingly a few on here, think that money grows on trees.

Money grows on trees when the Government wastes it on track and trace but not on welfare. This is ideology.

I would argue Sunak and Braverman are just as insulated as Linekar to the impacts you describe.

The country is in a tough position but blaming foreigners is usually the sign of more sinister things. Ask why we used to be so successful and why US has so much immigration. It's because our counties are built upon it and has helped us profit from the hard work of immigrants. Many nurses and care workers are international and cutting off our supply since Brexit has worsened the quality of care. We need sensible government policies. This is not just scapegoating for their failures.

The government keeps on saying that they are trying to stop the boats as a way of stopping people trafficking.
In reality the government, by closing down all the legal routes for claiming asylum, are actually driving desperate people into the arms of people traffickers.
I am hoping that the Good Law Project team can put together a case, against the government, showing that they are, by closing down legal routes for refugees, effectively colluding with the people traffickers and are therefore guilty by association.
Worth remembering that were we still in the EU, we would be able to return refugees to the first EU country they registered in, by using the Dublin Regulation.
However, owing to the wonderful foresight of the Tory Brexit bunglers, we can no longer do this.

Something else uncovered by the leaked WhatsApp messages is that Hancock and an aide discussed withholding funding for a Disability Hub, in a Tory constituency, to force the MP to support a vote.
The MP, James Daly, claims that he wasn’t informed of these discussions, but the fact that Hancock and his aid were in favour of disadvantaging disabled children shows that there are no depths that he will not stoop.
    Absolute scumbag.

Let's not forget the PPE missing millions oh and add that what's been spent on the failed Rwanda project could have funded overseas asylum application centers.

Expect to see a lot more of this poisonous tactic from our dying government; they know they have lost every conceivable argument, economic and moral, and the only political capital available to them will come from appealing to people’s fears and prejudices
