I've said many times on here referring to our own fans reaction to a defeat, that people seem to take it personally - as though the players have contrived to ruin their day. **** happens, and the world doesn't revolve around us personally. Tbh, I'm just about over the euphoria of this win as I am over the disappointment of a defeat. Filed away as a great result amongst the very many great results I've witnessed down the years. I was told a long time ago to choose whose company I wanted to be in very carefully because the longer you are around people, the more like them you become. It applies, somewhat, to a forum like this. I like reading the mix of comments on here. We all see the same thing in a game but interpret it differently. I find that if I'm feeling fed up after a game, while the negative comments reinforce how I feel and make me realise there's value in knowing that I'm not alone in my thoughts, the more positive comments help to pull me out of the swirling negativity. I'm glad we all see things differently. I always choose to acknowledge the worst but focus on the best.
