I wasn't suggesting that he could/should really, just that our club is owned by one of the Pozzos. It does make a change to see that in the media - the normal claim is that we're owned by the two of them.
Owners at QPR want the club to stand on it's own two feet and not buy promotion and put the club into massive debt. That's not to say they won't spend but just within reason.
Think they are doing ok compared to before but you feel Newcastle will need to push on in the summer spending wise . Well if you believe some we have a lot of debt but most teams and i doubt anyone really knows what the situation is apart from those in charge .

Talk going around that Bilic has been sacked. Going by the general reaction from fans seems most would be quite happy to see him go too. In fact some have been questioning why Pozzo hasn't delivered the axe earlier. I mean like to see their reaction when we end up with Nathan Jones or someone for the rest of the season. EDIT: Apparently going to be Chris Wilder. Well let's hope he does a bit better than he did in the last few months at Sheffield United or with Middlesbrough otherwise he won't last long!
Chris Wilder to take over - according to Andrew French https://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sport/23369603.slaven-bilic-set-sacked-watford-six-months/
Well they had a bad start certainly which has been made to look even worse by what Micheal Carrick has done. I've seen some say they played entertaining football and he was just unlucky though. I'd loved to see our fans reaction to 2 wins in 11. Not sure "but we played well" would go down well as an excuse. I mean yes want to play good football but winning games is the most important thing.
The Hornets are pleased to confirm the appointment of Chris Wilder as Head Coach on a contract until the end of this season.
The newest lamb to the slaughter! Good luck to him! What's he got, 11 games? Four points off the play offs, and "on paper" a decent run of games. Bilic didn't look like he is capable of getting us there. The owners are very short termist when it comes to coaches. It was unfortunately going to happen.
“We are all ambitious to succeed this season, so something new is needed quickly while the opportunity of promotion is still real,” said Technical Director Ben Manga of the club’s decision. He added: “With the January transfer window over, to change coach is the only option available to re-energise for the final games ahead.” I think it's interesting the statement was from Ben Manga, and just how honest it seems to be.
